Laelaps, a creature from Greek mythology that was destined to always capture its prey, was a gift from Zeus to Europe. The Laboratory Europe. Literature, Art, Politics, Society concentrate researches focused on the Old Continent, particularly from the perspective of Cultural History, Political Cultural History and Intellectual History. It is the base for the CNPq research group of the same name.
